Every authentic EVISU garment features a unique authenticity tag. You can verify your product by scanning the QR code or entering the unique ID on our official verification portal.
What is your return policy for denim and apparel?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and the security seal intact. Please note that customized items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, EVISU ships globally to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my raw denim jeans?
To preserve the unique indigo dye and fit, we recommend avoiding washing for the first six months. When necessary, hand wash inside out in cold water and air dry only.
