EVISU offers a 14-day return period for all authentic denim and apparel items, provided they are in their original, unwashed condition with all security tags and brand labels intact. We strive to ensure your premium streetwear experience is seamless, from initial purchase to any necessary size adjustments.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original EVISU packaging, ensuring all custom hardware protectors and authenticity cards are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
